Played the Twisted Pepper on 04.12.10 as part of Psychonavigation Records‘ 10th birthday celebrations. The line-up was: DJ Keith Downey/Meljoann with Ed Devane/Maschine/Move D/Adeyhawke. Great night! I also wandered downstairs to !kaboogie to catch most of SRC‘s set, and danced my proverbials off. Check him out!

The 7″s have just arrived! A-side is ‘So Academic’, with a Scout Hardcastle remix on the B-side. You can get ‘em at the Boy Scout Audio label website, or at gigs (should I ever remember to bring them).

A couple of good gigs over the past two months.

First was 22.10.10 at the Twisted Pepper. A !Kaboogie night that was originally supposed to be support for Mu-ziq. He missed his flight, but the night was fun anyway with sets from the deadly heads Richie !K, PCP and A-Force, and a great live set from Eomac (who is also one half of Lakker).

Second up was 23.10.10 in the Bierhaus, Galway. An epic set by DJs Keavo and Safety Boy revved up the crowd so ruthlessly, that it was the funnest gig I’ve ever played thus far. People of Galway, you are legends!

13.11.10, and myself and improvising partner Ed Devane were in the Workman’s Club playing a support set for Skinny Wolves signings Cap Cas Cap. Catscars also played some of her tunes with the equally cool Patrick Kelleher on back-up duties.

Thanks to Skinny Wolves and headliners Tussle for the slot @ Twisted Pepper on 26.08.10. Also playing was local disco fiend Sasparilla.

Another fun support was the Hunter-Gatherer 7″ launch in Whelans, 07.10.10. The release (‘Pere Lachaise/Undergrowth’) is out now on Osaka Records. Another excellent Dublin producer, Ilex, also played a set. Check out her audio-visual work here.
